Terms of Service

By accessing or using QueryBear(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QueryBear provides AI-powered database querying tools that allow users to interact with their databases using natural language. The Service includes a web dashboard, MCP server integrations, and API access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ databases or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain all rights to data in your connected databases. QueryBear does not claim ownership of your data. We access your database only to execute queries you or your authorized agents initiate, subject to the permissions you configure.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, unless retention is required by law.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
